Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Crestwood dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Crestwood, MO is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Crestwood well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Crestwood technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Crestwood started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
